What happens to your frames
Can every frame be relensed?
Many full-rim, semi-rimless, and rimless frames can be relensed, but final eligibility depends on condition, construction, and prescription.
What do I send?
Send the complete frame after ordering, following the shipping instructions provided with your order.
How long will it take?
Timing depends on transit, frame inspection, prescription complexity, and lens treatments. Review the available timing during selection or contact us before ordering.
What if I have a problem with the order?
Custom prescription lenses are made to order and are not refundable. Report any lens issue within 30 days of delivery and our lab will review the order. When a redo is needed, we guarantee the lenses will be remade—no refund is issued for custom prescription lenses. Read the full policy.
