Will my glasses really arrive tomorrow?
Eligible orders placed by 2 PM ET on business days can be made and shipped the same day for next-business-day delivery. Weekends, holidays, destination, prescription complexity, and premium coatings can affect timing.
How do I send my prescription?
You can upload a prescription, enter the values, or arrange to send it after checkout. Your order cannot be completed until the required prescription details and PD are received.
Can you make progressive lenses quickly?
Eligible progressive orders can be produced quickly. Availability depends on your prescription, selected frame, lens design, and coating.
Can I order only the frame?
Yes. During lens selection, choose the non-prescription or frame-only option. Prescription lenses must be selected and added if you want complete prescription glasses.
