Return Policy

At Glasses Overnight, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at GlassesOvernight@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’ll assess the situation and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including custom products like special orders or personalized items. Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or lenses. Please note that only glasses frames are eligible for return. we will not accept any returns on the lenses.


Exchanges

To get the item you want as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original item (following our return process), and then placing a new order for the desired item. Please note that lenses are not eligible for exchange.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
